SALISBURY, NC — The Bill Graham for Governor campaign is proud to announce the addition of several distinguished and accomplished individuals to its campaign team. With Bill Graham’s recent entry into the Republican primary race for North Carolina governor, these seasoned professionals bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the campaign, further solidifying Bill Graham’s position as a formidable contender in the race.

Chief Strategist — Paul Shumaker is one of North Carolina’s winningest consultants with over 30 statewide General Election wins and the only consultant in the last 25 years to win more than one US Senate race in North Carolina, winning five since 2004. Shumaker most recently advised Chuck Edwardsʼ upset primary victory over incumbent Madison Cawthorn in 2022.
Media — Jordan Shaw is a partner at OnMessage, a leading national political firm. Shaw ran Sen. Thom Tillis’ first US Senate race, later serving as State Director and Chief of Staff.
